This track has been updated ... it is not the same track as posted over at rfactorcentral. that was ver 1.00 - it had a bug, the laps didn't count if you pitted during a race (xFinish.gmt fix) One of these days I will fix the spelling on the splash screen .... LOL 1.5 mile desert track somewhere in the Saguaro National Park, Arizona. Fast and Tricky, Stop and enjoy some Cactus Juice on the side of the road! Just don't get TIRED! Pit Stalls: 19 Garage Stalls: 57 Start Grid: 57+ Recommend 16 players Tested: with 20 (1 human and 19 AI)

Track Length = 2225 meters/ 1.38 miles *** UPDATE *** New Venue location in track menu. Tracks will now be found under "VORRA"

Country Mile off-road Dirt track v1_0 by DDawg

This was the last track I created before going on mental vacation. I never released it (until now). It was an "experiment on ideas" I had for making collide-able trees. The track is based off my Desert Mile Dirt track I made a long while ago. Just this has no cacti to run into ... now ... you can get "tired" of hitting "trees"

Desert Mesa Off-Road Racing v1_03 by DDawg

Background: Desert Mesa was started on September 17th 2007 and released as version 1.0 on 11/18th 2007. A realistic fantasy track with an Arizona type feel. A long time dream to have any type of desert track in a sim came to light when Vorra44 and I started talking about the need to have Baja's and Buggies in rFactor. The track is 100% BTB Built (including the terrain - Pre-terrain editor version) and the fine tuning and objects are being done with 3dSimEd ... ******************************* 5 Tracks included: ******************************* Desert Mesa "PRO" Short Course (both directions) - these 2 tracks are challenging and difficult, requiring constant "on and off" accelerator control and a good setup in gearing and suspension. Not recommended for non-Off-Road Vehicles. 100 Mile race is 47 laps of pure adrenaline ... 100K is 30 laps ... Desert Mesa "Novice" Short Course (both directions) - these two tracks are not really Novice tracks (more like a sportsmen type track) but tend to be more geared for those who want to race off-road and not be discouraged too quickly. Suitable for a wide range of vehicles. Desert Mesa (long course) - Signature 3.17 Mile "extreme" course. Made primarily for the VORRA Mod, but the ORR2/WCORR can handle it (the Baja go with this track like "Peas & Carrots" ... ) Reverse direction is not possible due to the "Saw Tooth" Triple Jump Track Setting recommendations: I suggest that you start no more than 28 max. There are 28 Pit spots and 84 garage locations. RULES: There are no rules! This is Desert racing! The only rule is to make each gate. There is no real advantage to cutting the track! And it may cost you more than just time! Therefore, I highly recommend to set rules to OFF. Otherwise you may experience some cut track warnings. (this upload has an easter egg that wasn't in the rfactorcentral or ddawgcreation websites - this was because I have been trying to convert the track into GTL and eventually Race07 formats ... keyword: TRYING) This track is due for and begging for a texture and track update ... I have had some Ideas ... but little time and been away from modding way too long ... Special Note: the last camera update was Made by Jeff (HPI-Racer) ... who also provided the video from a goof around session some time ago now ....
